Skull Island, also known as Duck Island, is one of the smallest islands in the Caribbean. Its name varies depending on whether or not you think the cliff looks like a skull or a duck. Access to the cave is rather dangerous as it involves being attached to a pulley and then lowered down the side of the cliff by a small insecure man until you reach the cave entrance.
