On Lucre Island you'll find Lucre town, which is the biggest town in the Caribbean. Although it has no essential stores like a restaurant or a bar, it does have a place to buy fish bait, prosthetics, walking sticks, and perfume. Furthermore, it sports a nice trustworthy bank and a sturdy jail to hold the scumbags of the society. Ozzie Mandrill, the conniving Australian land developer, used to live in a big mansion outside of town when he was alive. The island also features a few mysterious locations such as a secret lagoon and a misty swamp. The latter requires good navigation skills to find what you are looking for.
