This small atoll located just of the coast of Jambalaya Island houses the "Pirate Transmogrification Academy" which educates pirates and turn them into productive members of society. It's best to avoid this academy and its aggressive teacher at all costs. On the islands far beach you'll find a bunch of rocks and two pirates. Be careful though, if you are seen talking with more than one pirate your life could be in danger.
