Bugs Bunny
#1 After Guybrush has crashed the wedding and Elaine has left, LeChuck will ask how he plan to stop him. One of the things you can chose to say is "I'll use my spear and magic helmet".

This is a phrase from the Bugs Bunny episode named "What's opera, Doc?" where Elmer used this that sentence to describe how he will kill Bugs Bunny.
Added: Tuesday, June 27, 2000

Get Smart
#1 The sentence "That's the second-biggest...I've ever seen" is a catch-phrase from the '60s spy-spoof, Get Smart. When confronted with immense objects, Maxwell Smart (Agent 86), would declare that they were merely the second biggest he's ever seen.

As in "That's the second-biggest arrow I've ever seen," referring to a ballistic missile shaped like an arrow; "That's the second-biggest silencer I've ever seen," a silencer for a cannon; "That's the second-biggest zipper I've ever seen," a zipper in the side of a mountain.

#2 When the "No animals were harmed" notice pops up they say that the poodles aren't dead, they're sleeping.

Miscellaneous

Andy Goldsworthy
#1 If you look at Herman's primitive art on Monkey Island, Guybrush will say "It's either an incisive representation of the futility of man... or it's a log and a couple of rocks." This is an obvious reference to Andy Goldsworthy, an artist famous for arranging objects found in nature into art.

This is also emphasized his note, "To the Monkey Island Cannibals: Please stop moving this. It is delicately balanced. --Herman Toothrot." Andy Goldsowrthy's documentary, "Rivers and Tides" shows him positioning rocks, only to have them come crashing down.
